Did a circuit of the weight machines, two sets each of 12 reps, except as noted.

Leg Press
Bench Press to incline to Shoulder Press (4 Lifts)
Chest Fly
Lat Pull Down
Leg Press
Leg extension
Leg Curl
Squat to curl to shoulder Press
Abs
Standing Rows

Then Biked Hard for 30 minutes.

2 Mile Run

Ran very slow in the cold. Just two miles, cutting my 2.4 mile route short. My legs felt okay, maybe a little stiff, but the air I was breathing was cold and i could feel it in my lungs. I coughed up some phlegm on the route, so I just didn't want to push my luck. I think 2 miles is a fine start to getting back in condition. First run in a month.

First Workout of Year

I have been battling a hard cold, but managed my first workout of the year.  25 minutes on my new exercise bike.  Didn't push it due to the illness, but felt good to be riding.  I think the bike will work out great.
