Lift/Bike

Did a circuit of the weight machines, two sets each of 12 reps, except as noted.

Leg Press
Bench Press to incline to Shoulder Press (4 Lifts)
Chest Fly
Lat Pull Down
Leg Press
Leg extension
Leg Curl
Squat to curl to shoulder Press
Abs
Standing Rows

Then Biked Hard for 30 minutes.
