2 Mile Run

Ran very slow in the cold. Just two miles, cutting my 2.4 mile route short. My legs felt okay, maybe a little stiff, but the air I was breathing was cold and i could feel it in my lungs. I coughed up some phlegm on the route, so I just didn't want to push my luck. I think 2 miles is a fine start to getting back in condition. First run in a month.
