Ran 1 mile in 10:00, rode the bike for 5 miles in 24 minutes, then ran 1 mile in 9:22I have been very tired after work each day and have been issing workouts in favor of rest, but as tonight proves there is some rejuvenation in working out.
Saw this video on the internet today so I will try to do my pushups this way. I suspect it will lower the number of reps I can do because i will be using different muscles, but it may help my elbows.

Ran the o'Hartford in 29:30. I ran in sweats and wasn't trying to kill myself, just beat 30:00. Great corned beef and cabbage and beer at the finish line.

Working the ambulance. Just did streetcorner pushups.
Ran the reservoir. First outdoor run. The battery on my garmin was low so Iran off the watch. I ran slow. 35:50. tough run. My leg hurt toward the end, but felt fine after . Coughing up lots of phlegm afterwards. I wonder if the lack of outdoor running due to the snow is why I avoided a chest cold this winter. It was 38 degrees, sunny, but windy.
Did 50 minutes Rides video, except I didn't do the standing climbs because they hurt my knees. I can do the standing clibs at spin class, but not on my bike.
Did 25 squats. There is a companion website to 100 pushups called 200 squats I am going to add the squats to my workouts. Also did 25 stepups.
