10 Mile Ride/Pushups

Did 48 minutes 10 miles on trainer,

Also did, pushups:

20-40-30-30-10(triangle pushups)

Then later did 76 pushups in 3 minutes. This was a test from Men's Health. Three minutes to do 75, resting as much as you want. The pushups get harder and harder at the end.

Total pushups for day was 206.
