Run/Bike/Run/Pushups
Ran 1 mile in 10:00, rode the bike for 5 miles in 24 minutes, then ran 1 mile in 9:22I have been very tired after work each day and have been issing workouts in favor of rest, but as tonight proves there is some rejuvenation in working out.
Later did pushups and had Lauren film me. I did 20-20-20-20-30. I almost go 90 degrees for 20, then I don't quite go 90 after that. My elbows splay out. I tried the new way, but did't quite get the form. I am not really stiff as a board, so my body tends to sag. I have a long way between my feet and my arms. My right elbow was making a funny sound, too.
