Master's Swim
I haven't been recording all my workouts, but will try to start doing so,
Tonight we did a 300 warmup, then 2X 200 drill/swim, then 3x 100 kick.swim
Then 5 100s on 2:00 minutes
4 100s on 1:50
3 100s on 1:40
2 100's on 1:30
1 100 on 1:20 (1:18)
then some warm down, then
I did 100 off the blocks in 1:13,
then more warm down.
I swam well, but was very tired at end.
