Master's Swim

Swam today, I was really tired, but I went.  In the warmups. I practiced limiting my breaths.  Every fourth lap, I swam 25 slow on one breath halfway.  When we got to our main set, my group, had to do 100s on 1:45, which is about my limit, so Holly switched me to 2:00.   At the end she wanted us to swim 100 as fast as we could.  I was beat, and initially said I would just warm down, but after resting a few minutes, I went and did a 1:17 from the water, which was faster than anyone in the 1:45 group.  It was fun swimming it.  I hit my flip turns well.  I did get tired.  I'd like to see what I can do from the blocks rested with my racing suit on.
