One Hour Postal Swim

Swam 3200 yards in an hour today as part of the postal swim where you swim and are timed for each 50 yards, then your results are sent in along with everyone else swimming in the country.

I swam easy the whole time.  My ending heart rate was 108.

Next year I will go harder and farther.

3200 yards is 1.8 miles.
