Master's Swim
Swam at lunch. 2500 yards. By the end I am swimming so much better than the beginning. It takes me a long time to feel the water.
My log of becoming a "triathlete" at age 48, and continuing through age 55.

Swam tonight. Did the 100 IM again in 1:45. The butterfly kills me, then I use the back and breast as recovery, and am still tired for the free.
Ran 1.5 miles today in the neighborhood. My first run with the orthotics. I felt stiff and didn't have much wind, but I made it. feet feel okay.
Went to pool by myself in the evening and did some practicing, working on underwater dolphin kicks.
I'm addicted. We did some hard swims. The main set was 300 yards strong, then 4 150s, easy, hard, easy, hard, then 300 (hard 100, easy 100, hard 100). I was just swimming to get in in the allotted time.
I was the only one who came so I got an hour lesson in breaststroke, butterfly and diving off the blocks, along with answers to many of my freestyle stroke questions. It was great!
Did master's today. Swam a 50 off the blocks in 33 seconds. My goal is 28.80, which would qualify me for national senior master's games.
Swam today. if I can remember
