Class/Run

We did a short run, then went down into Trout Brook and walked against the rapids in thigh deep water and climbed up and down the bank.  Later we went to the Fit Playground and practiced monkey bars, scaling a 9 foot wall and climbing a cargo net.  All good practice, but not tryuly a fitness workout.  I did pull a muscle in my left lateral rib cage, which I didn't feel until I got home. 

I may take the rest of the day as a rest day or maybe try to run more later, depending how I feel.

Ran 2.4 miles,  side only hurts with certain movements, running is not one of them.
