Gymn

Ran one mile on the treadmill, then lifted weights, then rode for 15 minutes on the bike. Good to be back lifting. I am taking it slow, but I do need to gear it up. Legs felt okay running. I will likely do a decent length 4 mile of so easy run on Saturday, and possibly a 2.4 tomorrow if I get a chance.
