Bike Ride
Got on my bike and did a short neighborhood ride late this evening just to get back on the bike. I clipped in and out okay, the bike, newly refurbished with new chain and chain ring felt fine. The legs were okay. My feet hurt some because my socks were not pulled taunt. I definately need to be out riding much more reguarly. My debate now is whether or not to fo a 10K on Saturday -- I think I may be able to run 10K in under an hour, or else just do my strength classes and ride the bike.
