Playground extreme
Hooray for me for getting up and going. Was in bed 15 minutes before class started. One hour of torture. today we did a station, then two additional exercises before moving on to the next station. every three stations the two additional exercises changed. Example. First station, i did squats on a basu ball. Do ten squats, then do the two exercises, which were ten squats and ten pushups. repeat for the 4 minutes you were at the station as many times as you can. I averaged between 2 and three completions. Next station, pushup rows followed by the squats and pushups. The two additional exercises changed to plank touches and burpees. By the end the two additional exercises were standing in place running followed by jumps trying to touch your knees to your chest. All together we did about 12 stations. Completely exhausting. if i could push myself this hard when i run, i would beat my PRs easily.
