Integrative Strength
Thankfully the Thursday night class is only 45 minutes compared to the Tuesday morning, which is an hour. I did go up in some weights today which is a sign of progress. Still, I am drenched with sweat and prostrate on the ground by the end. I did try to run afterward, but was bothered by ?IT band pain in the left knee. I have to commit to some serious stretching and icing. I have a suspicion that the squats may be contributing to the problem. I need to try to run one day first thing and see how it feels.
