Went across the street for a short workout this morning. 10 minutes on bike, some light warmup weights, 30 pushups, 12 bench press, 20 leg extensions, 12 lat pull downs, 25 15 lb dumbell curls on a basu ball, some micellaneous dumbell exercises, 12 dumbell squats, then 38 8 pound curls each arm standing on one leg, 12 ab lifts, and I was out of there. Had to get home so Chevaughn could go get her nauils done before we go to Mystic.
Later today, I need to outline my goals for the year.
