Gymn

I was really tired tonight so I didn't make it to my class, but then i sucked it in and went to the gym. Did a total of 40 minutes on the bike mixed in with a variety of weight training, stretches and balances. I did some heavy lifting as well as some of the routines from my class. i was sweating like crazy which is good because maybe i can learn to push myself more on my individual workouts.
