Did Playground Extreme this morning. Here was the layout
1. Planks, moving from side to side with feet extended.
2. Bicept curls
3. medicine ball one legged squats
4. sliding with one leg back then press with bar
5.knee kicking a heavy bag
6. one legged squats with knee suspended in a swing
7. bouning on a trampoline one bounce landing up steps and doing it again
8. squats using swiss ball and heavy weights
9. Pushups with legs on swiss ball
10. one arm presses
11. leaning on swiss ball doing shoulder presses
12. pullups
13. agility side to sides
14. Something else I forgot
one minute of exercise, 15 seconds of rest
Two circuits
warm up and cool down
