Gymn Workout
Rode 10 minutes on the bike, then lifted two sets of 15 on the following:
Bench Press/Incline Press
Leg Press
Lat Pull Down
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Curls
Upright Row
Tricep Extension
Dumbell Squat
Then rode 20 minutes on bike
The Ran 1 mile at a 10:00 pace on treadmill.
Workouts have been scare lately since the storm. I am hoping to get back to a daily routine.
