Extreme Playground

So I did the extreme Playground class this morning. It was fun, but tiring. They had the following stations.
1. Standing on a bosu ball, pulling wights off a machine with an ab twist movement
2. Using kettle balls with a squat to shoulder press
3. Doing jumping jacks on a trampoline with small dumbells in each hand
4. Holding a medicine ball and stepping over a gate, landing on a small balance ball on each side.
5. Running from one cone to the next and back
6.going under a gate, jumping up, jumping onto a banch and then again
7. Grapping a heavy bag from the floor, standing it up, dropping it, picking it up again
8. Doing a monkey bar swing from one bar to the next (I sucked at this)
9. Doing a side jump, dropping down with a medicine ball, getting back up
10. Positioning your hands on push up bar while your legs are on a slide, going up and down.

You do each station for maybe two minutes, then a bell goes off and you move to the next with a short rest in between.

We did two circuits of each. Afterwards we did 4 minutes of squat tabatas. 20 seconds of squats, ten seconds of rest and repeat X 8.

There was a warmup and cool down period. Total time 1 hour.

We'll see how I feel later today and tomorrow, but this workout two to three times a week would be good for me.
