Saturday September 3, Quassy Swimfest (1.5 Mile swim)

Saturday, October 15, Hartford Half Marathon

Saturday, September 24, Connecticut Sprint Championship
The big question is how do I mix this with training for the Half-Marathon, or do I just sign up and do the race like I did last year.
I think I will need to do a long slow run/walks every Wednesday. That will give me six long runs (6,7,8,9,10,8). Each week I will either do a triathlon run, 5K race or a 5 mile tempo run. And two bike rides. One swim.
We'll see if I can pull it off.
