2.4 Mile run

Was going to try to do a Lake Swim tonight, but ear still felt blocked and i took some Mucinex with ephedine this morning and it made me feel out of sorts so instead I did a 2.4 mile neighborhood run. i was tired. Tomorrow i am going to try a long bike. How that goes may determine if i am ready for the Olympic a week from Sunday. i would hate to miss it.
