8 Mile Bike/open water swim
Rode 8 miles this morning at 6:00 AM. Discovering a nice hilly route with good pavement. i will try to do this more often.
Went to winding trails, swam the 400 yard course three times. The water was great, but my swimming was slow. I am rethinking using the wet suit at the next lake t race. The suit is buoyant but heavy at the same time. My arms get tired. Getting out of the water I was off balance and almost fell trying to get out of the wet suit.
