My log of becoming a "triathlete" at age 48, and continuing through age 55.
It was a beautiful day today. I took my training tire off the back wheel and put on the new tire I bought last year. It didn't take me too long to change. I rode for a little bit, felt some bumpiness and then readjusted the tire. Then it rode fine.
