Speed Workout

Worked in a short workout tonight at the track. Walked a lap, ran two, walked one, sprinted one, walked one, sprinted one, walked one, sprinted one, walked one. My lap times were 1:47, 1:48, and untimed as my timer malfunctioned.

Note: When I say I sprinted, i didn't truly sprint, I ran as fast and controlled as I could for my first speed run this season, careful not to injure myself.
