Pushups/Bike
Plan was 8, 10, 8, 8, 11+
and that is what I did.
I am sort of discouraged because I don't think I am doing perfect pushups, plus I don't feel much stronger.
I know it is early, plus I should look at it as total number done, in which case I have gone from 28, 34, 41, 42, 45.
Only makes me feel slightly better.
In week 5 I go from 5 to 7 sets and in week 9 I go to 8 sets

Rode 5 miles later in the late afternoon. I had tights on today so it wasn't as cold. Still riding in the winter, it is hard to get the legs moving.
