Bike/Pushups/Swim

Rode 7 miles in 30 minutes doing a hillworkout at the gym, then did my pushups.

The plan was 7, 10, 7, 7, 9+

I did 7. 10, 7, 7, 10.

Then I swam 750 yards with some backstoke mixed in.

Got in the hot tub.
