Run/Lift

Ran 2 miles on the tread mill this morning. One fast mile at 8:36 pace.

This evening I rode the bike for fifteen minutes and lifted.

Leg Press/Bench Press Superset
Leg Extension/Leg Cul
Lat Pull Down
Upright Row
Curls
Tri Push Down
Ab Lift

I am lifting more weight each time.
