5 Mile/10 mile Rides/1250 Swim
Rode 5 miles in 25 minutes, then later adjusted the seat up and rode 10 miles in 47 minutes. I felt like I was getting more power, just riding easy, but the side of my right knee feels a little funny now.
later went to the pool. I swam 500 easy with the pull buoy, then five 100's on 2:15, then an easy 250 with the pull buoy.
