Therapy

Had physical therapy today. My therapist watched me run and tested my legth strength. She says my left hip rotator is stroonger than my right, and when I run, i slide my right leg too much under me so I am running in a narrower line than when I walk. This might explain the IT band pain.

She gave me a strengthening exercise for the hip rotator. I will have to experiment with the running to see if what I do on the narrow treadmill holds true for the road.
