Run
Did my neighborhood run and came in under 24 minutes, running easy. After a mile and a half, I started feeling it again, but if I didn't press too hard, it stayed in the backgound. I think if I tried to run fast it would hurt. Toward the end of the run, my leg started hurting when I ran uphill. After I was done, I got one sharp tweak near the knecao and then it went away.
I will have to make some serious progress if I hope to do a 5K a week from Saturday with any kind of speed.
