20 Minute Bike
Rode an easy twenty minutes at work. The toes on my left foot were a little sore, but then readjusted my toe clips and it felt better.
Yesterday I was very sore, today I felt almost normal.
I have been taking it wasy and eating lots of protein and drinking plenty of fluids.
One book I read said I should expect a post race depression on Wednesday, but I don't think I will, since the race was just part of my larger triathlon preparation and not a single sole-focused goal.
