1500 Yard Swim
Swimming is so relaxing. Took a nice hot tub after.
My log of becoming a "triathlete" at age 48, and continuing through age 55.
Ran the 3 mile hilly workout. Very himid. It took me 34::51 today when i did the last one in 33:00
Rode 12 miles at work in 13.2 mph. My workout was to gradually increase my mph by .1 each lap. I made it from 12.2 to 13.6 before hitting the wall. I am going to rate riding at work workouts as follows.
Beautiful day. Rode 12 miles in 1:01:51 riding easy. At about mile ten, my legs got really tired. i do think I have to get better at the faster cadence, and maybe my legs will stay fresher.
Ran two easy miles with Zoey in the carriage, following along with Chevaughn.
