26 Minute Run

Wanted to do a long run, but waited until I got home from work and discovered there was a concert recital that hadn't been put on the family calender so i did an abbreviated 26 minute run in the neighborhood. It was hot and humid and even though I only ran a bit over 2 miles, I was gassed.
