900 Yards Swim

Swam 900 yards -- 1/2 mile tonight. The good part is I made the effort to get there. The last two nights other obligations have kept me busy until 8:15. You have to be out of the water at 8:45. Yesterday, I said, I don't have time, but feeling so badly afterward that I hadn't worked out, tonight, I made a dask for the pool and banged out a 1/2 mile and still had time for a few minutes in the jacuzzi. Oh yeah, again there was only me and one other person in the 11 land pool. Sweet.
