My log of becoming a "triathlete" at age 48, and continuing through age 55.
Did a little trial run with the new baby running stroller -- a 2 mile run/walk. Went very well. I want to be a little careful that I don't change my running style too much and hurt myself. I will also have to test the hands free attachment.
