5 K Run

Ran the resovoiur tonight. I was all excited to do an extreme 5K race by Hartford's riverfront, but then discovered it is not until next week.

I ran easy with a heart rate of 144 average on the last mile. My time was 33:00, including having to stop to give a lost biker directions.
