1.5 Mile Run

Went to the track after work on a cold wet evening. I felt stiff and had little twinges everywhere and no real plan of what I wanted to run. I shut it down after a mile and a half. I just did not want to press myself and risk any kind on injury.

I will need to do some swimming and or bike riding on the next two days to keep my cardio up before I run again on Wednesday or Thursday.
