Lift/ 1500 Yard Swim

Lifted today. (Squats, dumbell bench press, dumbell dead lift, dumbell curl to shoulder press, dumbell standup, pulldowns, leg extensions, dumbell shoulder rows, leg curls, leg lifts, back machine, tricep push down, ab twists.)

Later I swam 1500 yards. I swam an easy 300, and then swam 12 X 100 at various speeds. I did my average 100 without too much trouble in 1:36. I felt like I was swimming very strongly.
