Ran the resovouir in 34:15 with an ending heart rate of 137. The heart rate monitor wasn't working right as the average rate - 124 - didn't make sense. It was very cold - 28 degrees, but I ran pretty well and easy.

I am still just working on building a base, although on Saturday if the weather is all right, I may attempt a long run.
