Swim 1 Mile
Swam 1/2 mile, did 1/4 mile of drills, then swam 1/4 mile.
I'm not having much luck doing the left sided breathing or the breath every three strokes. It's hard to break routine.
At the pool I also checked out the new exercise aquabikes and treadmill. I will have to buy water sneakers to get any kind of vigorous workout. They were pretty cool, you could use them to do upperbody workouts, such as dips, pushups, and tricep pushups, as well as water situps. I'm not certain how closely they will relate to regular biking.
