Swim 1 Mile
My legs/knees felt sort of dead today. I hope they are better tomorrow. 4 miles was probably pushing it since I had only run one mile since my Triathlon and even that was a walk/run episode. My last three mile run was August 20, ten days before.
I was a couch potato most of the day, and then finally made it over to the pool and swam 1 mile.
I did it as follows:
1X 450 yards
Repeat X 2:
1X 50 yards kick
1X 50 yards sprint (with emphasis on kick)
1X 50 yards pull
1 X 50 yards breath every third stroke
1 X 50 yards breath bilaterally
1 X 50 yards easy glide
1 X 900 yards
