6 Mile Bike/6 Mile Bike

Feel better this morning. I did six easy miles on the bike in 11.8 mph. Looks like it may be warm on Sunday which will be nice.

Did an additional six in 11.2 this evening. My tires feel a little soft so maybe I can pick up some speed with that. Not many acorns out on the road today. I was trying to ride in a lower gear with a higher cadence. It was dark by the time I finished the last lap.
