Tired
Feeling tired today. I may do some light riding at work just to fool around with the gears, but may just rest. I have a 16 hour day again tomorrow, and don't think I'll be up to running in the morning. That means I'll do my 5K Thursday morning.
My coach sent me an email to ask how I was doing on the week's training. I said okay.

Lunch: Sweet and sour pork, mashed potatoes, green peas, gatorade

Dinner: pepperoni pizza, water
