Rest Day
Taking today as a rest day. I ran 6 miles yesterday, in addition to a light swim and some core lifting. I feel on the verge of overtraining, but not there. Hopefully with a restful day today, I will be good to go for tomorrow's tempo run. Legs feel fine.

I bought a wicked running shirt/singlet at Target. Running with my drenched cotton it yesterday felt like I had an anchor around my chest.
I also registered for the Niantic Bay Triathlon today to be held on August 5.

Snack: pretzels
Lunch: Barbecue pork sandwiches, grain chips
Snack: Cheese, bag of spinach
Snack: Chips, salsa, nuts, cheese
Dinner: Chicken, brown rice, strawberries
