Swimming- I am swimming well. I need to work on increasing both speed and endurance.
Biking- I'm getting better. I just need more mileage
Running- I feel like I am running slower. I also want to increase my milege and endurance.

August Goals
Complete Niantic Triathlon
Do either at least one more sprint triathlon at Terramuggus or run a 10K
