1 Mile Run in 9:10
I was feeling slightly nauseous today. I couldn't decide whether to take a rest day or workout. I ended up going to the track and running one mile at 9:10. My heart rate only hit 144 and dropped to 102 after walking a lap. I don't know how much we're going to run tomorrow, and Sunday I am supposed to do a long run, so I didn't want to overdo the running. Since I am planning to race agaiun this coming Thursday, it sort of throws my workout schedule off some.

Snack: Yogurt with nuts
Snack: smoked oysters, cheese
Dinner: lamp chops, potatoes, asparagus, shrimp
Desert: Berries and grapes
