Rain-No Workout
No riding this morning due to rain.
Breakfast: Bagel, Diet Coke, yogurt with nuts
Lunch: Big Vegetable Salad, chicken corn chowder
Afternoon meal: jerk chicken, rice and peas
Late afternoon snack; half a turkey roast beef sandwich
Late Dinner: Pork, rice, grapes
Too busy and rainy all day at work to workout.
