Track Closed

Spent the day doing errands, and then drove to the track hoping to get in a two mile run before my old friend came in from out of town for a night of drinking beer and catching up. The football field was all dug up with a big sign on the fence saying track closed.

Bummer.

No workout for me.

I could have done a street run, but I am still trying to baby my knee so it became an off day. No time to go to the gymn.
