30 minute Bike/2 Mile Run
A day of an intentioned mega workouts didn't quite workout. My scheduled bike ride time was cut short by unexpected carpool duties. Instead of going to the resovouir, I got on my bike and rode around the neighborhood for a half hour. I got some traffic time in and went up one hill/incline where I was going about one mile an hour. I still haven't quite figured the gearing out completely.
Later, my planned long run was cut short because I brought the family along and they were getting anxious just walking, so I ended up running only 2-2 1/2 miles around the track. I lost count. I did then do some sprint races with the girls.
Maybe I'll get my long run in on Friday.
